I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Perimenopause Expert. My journey began with a decade of feeling far from my best—low energy, chronic fatigue, mood swings, poor sleep, headaches, weight struggles, and debilitating PMS.
Everything changed when I embraced the transformative power of nutrition and sustainable lifestyle habits. It wasn’t just a quick fix; it was life-changing. By 2013, I had qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, driven by a passion to help women reclaim their vitality and joy.
Now, in my mid 40s and experiencing some of the shifts that come with perimenopause, I’m deeply grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained. It’s allowed me to minimise the impact of these changes, continue feeling my best, and truly thrive. This is what I want for every woman—a thriving, empowered experience through all stages of life. Supporting women through this journey is not just my profession; it’s my purpose.
